Guardian Fighter "Plate Agility" Feat isn't adding any Deflect to our stats?

I've invested in 5/5 Plate Agility and my Deflect has not gone up. The only +Deflect I am getting is from items. This is the same thing that was going on with "Shield Defense" for all those months, when it was not adding the +AC [this has since been fixed]. They were both broken at the same time I'm pretty sure, so I haven't any idea how this one isn't sorted yet? :/

5/5 points invested so should get the full +5% chance to deflect attacks. Anyone else seeing this on their GFs? Am I missing something here?

ADD: I'm going to go ahead and put it out there that there's more than likely an absolute ton of stuff across every classes skill trees that is simply not working.

"beckylunatic" Gateway AH should have column headers to sort by buyout, bid, end time, quantity, etc. These disappeared iirc with the module launch. It's obnoxious.

    My GF has it, too, and there it says:

    Deflection Chance: 20.5%

    Modified by:
    Other Attributes 15.5%
    Buffs 5%

    Have you tried logging in and out after applying the feat yet?

    Note that it does not show with Deflection but only with Deflection Chance, because it is a direct increase to the percentage and not the stat itself.

    Yeah I logged in and out and then even exited the game. As a last ditch resort I repsec'd a 3rd time, and a 4th lol. It's a no go still.

    add: Oh dang Ima over to go back into game and recheck stats, I'm excited to hear that it just may be me being silly.

    yea you were looking at the wrong section of the stats.

    It DOES add deflect chance, but it is flat percentage.

    You were looking at deflect points from armor and stuff.

    if you scroll down there is an OFFENSIVE section and a DEFENSIVE section. These are totaled figures from all your stat points.

    You will see the 5% listed there when you highlight deflect chance as fgreyspear mentioned above.
