No Thayan Cipher in Dread Spire Lair

Hi,

Went through DS after daily received from Knox.... no cipher in trove.

Waited a day, bought key, went through DS again.... no cipher in trove.

Anybody else having this issue?

Needless to say, my frustration is mounting.

    You mean this? Dread Spire Treasure Trove contained NO Thayan Cipher

    Yep. Sucks.

    Apparently, Eldarth, from reading the responses on your thread this seems to be fairly isolated.

    To clarify for those reading both threads, I was giving DS as a daily from Knox. I didn't go out of order.

    Now, I get zero dailies in Module 2 and I'm at a standstill.

    I was grouped with a friend when we assaulted the spire. His chest included the cipher; mine did not. We both grabbed the daily from Knox and it was a first time for both of us.

    Have you started a ticket Eldarth?

    That is weird, how did you manage to reach boss in DS? For me a gate in the middle didn't open. I tried several times.

    Hi mmm1001: Both my friend and I had a bit of trouble getting into boss fight. We just jumped around a bit and moved to and from until the little activation icon appeared. For him, the icon appeared about 10 feet behind me in the corridor. My icon appeared directly on the wall sconce to the right (with blue flame).... (if I remember correctly).

    Check out your inventory, the Treasure Trove containing the Cipher is probably there.

    That was it! Oh my... You would think after six months of playing the game, I would have the sense to look in my inventory. I'm very, very embarrassed....

    But very appreciative, demidogz - thanks for bringing me back to the basics!

    There is a problem with getting the troves. The HUD is NOT telling you that you looted the trove instead of the trove auto unpacking into your inventory like it used to.

    Sometimes the trove auto unpacks.

    Sometimes you scratch your head and scour your inventory trying to find the trove.

    Sometimes the HUD tells you what you looted from it.

    Sometimes it doesn't.
