Tasks
Double and Triple Kills are not currently being added. I know I have met the requirements a few time to get a double kills, but I'm still at 0. Many others have reported the same thing. This is for all 3 parts of the campaign
Complete 50 PvP Heroic Encounters is not currently counting any completion of the PvP heroic encounter
I hope kill 1000 NPCs in Gauntgrym is broken, otherwise it is going to take a very long time to complete. Much longer than the rest. Given the fact that the mercenaries despawn, it is not the easiest task to kill them when you have to worry about player characters. So either it should be lower or should count npcs in the PvE sections.
GG and Icewind Dale Revive players tasks seem to be linked and show the same number of revives.
Tasks rewards for each of the 3 parts only show up once you have completed one task
Heroic Encounters
After the patch yesterday, it is still having issues despawning and restarting so it stays up forever in some instances.
I noticed that in a fresh instance after the PvP HE completed, the capture points part started up again even though it didn't show the HE as running. Once it got to 1000 points, it said it was completed and went away. The HE icon wasn't up during this time.
During the motherlode part of the PvP HE, the percents for both faction stay the same. Which means it is impossible to tell who is mining more (except in the case where only 1 faction is around the mother lode).
The HE thinks all assists are actually kills.
Achievements
Ten-Towner adventurers are not counting towards the kill adventurers achievement, which means ten-towners can advance this achievement, but arcane brotherhood can't.

then the encounter half reset. The points went back to 0. They stayed in posession of the previous team that capped them. Points counted up again like the encounter had started over, but I could not see the progression bar on my HUD. I had to follow it with the 'X' menu.
After one team won the domination scoring, the motherlode did not spawn, and credit for completion was NOT given for black ice domination. Then it just stayed stuck with one team as the winner but the domination was technically still going on.
