cannot salvage blues that are labeled salvagable

  . . . Blues cannot be salvaged, only purples. It more sounds like there is a bug enabling the display of the grayed out "Salvage" option on the item when it should not be there to begin with.

  Salvage is not in the right click menu. It says it is salvageable in description above the class requirement.

  There were a number of items that came out on launch day of Feywild that incorrectly were labeled as salvageable. They changed at least some but maybe missed a few or else the change got accidentally reverted. Either way, the only things that are supposed to be salvageable are epic items with a minimum level requirement of 60 - so Ancient Mulhorand or Waukeen cloaks or whatever don't qualify and neither do blue items. The bug is that the tooltip is wrong, not that the item isn't salvageable.

  Yeah, I'm sure they aren't intended to be salvaged but they need to fix the tool tip.
