Neverwinter Down?

Is Neverwinter down right now? I crashed and now whenever I try to open the launcher it says "Loading, please wait..." for a while and then tells me to restart the launcher which just causes this to repeat itself. Am I the only one having this?
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.

    I get "trying to update the launcher please be patient" tries to connect 5x then errors out.

    i m getting dced many times too.

    It did crash me out of preview last night and my computer locked up and gave me a message "Collecting information on crash" or something similar. That might be related though it looking like I wasn't the only one having this.

    Hey there. When you launch Neverwinter just look for the green server status light. It is there at the top left of the panel. If that is red the service is down.

    Mine does not get that far, all I get is the little box top left.

    got mine fixed flushed the DNS and rebooted works fine now.

    Yeah, no dice with my launcher either. Over the past couple of days this game has been doing some fairly weird things. An unusual amount of Server Not Responding issues, extreme rubberbanding, Launcher taking forever to load, even the forums give an error now and again. Gateway works for about a minute then disconnects; somethings amiss in the land of Cryptic.
    I've done all I can do on my end, short of rewiring my house and baking a cake.

    Never dismiss the cake option :)

    I know what you mean though- I have been seeing a lot more DCs than usual this week, not just my own, but other peoples'. In a group with players from EU, US and SEA, it hasn't been unusual to see all of them DC more than once during a dungeon. Something is not right, and it's not particular to the downstream to which I am connected.

    cant follow through after connecting :(. its just stuck at connecting . forums is also slow in responding. my connection to other sites is working fine.

    Yes.
    Gateways is as described by another poster; Stays logged on for a minute or two and then DC.
    Launcher for me is spotty. Sometimes it goes right through, sometimes its 5 tries and out....
    In game: Massive lag, even in 14 person instances in the Enclave.
    More than DisCons than I am used to and mostly at the most inopportune moment of battle.

    Here is me at 12:17 CST this morning:

    Zombies just standing around in Idris as the "Server Not Responding" with a timer (my screen shots don't capture HUD unless I put them in paint) Not sure how my teammates fared after the dc, I gave up trying to connect after a few no-go's.

    Head to the Gateway and do the Sword of the Coast Temple of Reflection mission. Easy enough.

    I have to be at work in a bit, I don't have time to get online and play. But what is this gateway you are using? I hope you are not talking about Arc? That was 99% of my problem with connecting. Now I just use the NW Launcher that and nothing else. I only have half day today. Be back afternoon.
