[completed] Neverwinter Scheduled Maintenance- 4/10 7 AM PDT (Pacific)

Hey Everyone,

We'll be performing maintenance tomorrow 4/10 at 7am PDT (Pacific). The estimated downtime is 90 minutes but may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.

No Patch Notes this week, just a restart.

Update 1 (7:10 AM PDT) Maintenance has begun. No patch this week, so hopefully this will be a quick maintenance.
Update 2 (7:50 AM PDT) Maintenance is progressing as planned. We'll let you know if there is any change with the expected downtime.
Update 3 (8:26 AM PDT) Doing some final checks, if everything goes well the servers should be back up very soon.
Update 4 (8:43 AM PDT) Maintenance has completed. Welcome back to Neverwinter!

    Eeeek no patch notes? hope that doesn't mean IWD is being pushed out next week , I'm pretty sure the last couple of big patches/updates have been proceeded by just a restart the week before however I guess I could be wrong since my memory is <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> , seriously hope I am wrong , IWD is far from ready atm.

    Respectfully, is there a ninja fix for the Cloak Tower Door/Wall in this maintenance?
    New characters are stalled in advancement and losing those Daily Dungeon AD (10K+) , Seals and chests' gear is painful too.

    Yep that mean that the devs are on crunch mode, doing all they can to fix icewind dale and don't have time for anything else. Release should happen during the next 10 days. :) That makes me sad, the content is okay but there are so many improvements needed and so little changes have been done...

    Nah, it won't be next week. Most likely will be out in May. Probably May 15th, but might be earlier.

    This just seems like the standard usual weekly maintenance.

    Not a quicky :P server still not on...but a restart can be full of <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>..so i am patient ;)

    i thought this was a 30 minute maintenance? what's going on?

    Maintenance usually takes at least an hour to an hour and a half if it's just a restart. Normally it takes 2 hours when we are pushing out a patch for the game.

    They were actualy just refreshing the server
    Founder back a week ago, already pissed by cryptic ''no roll back'' decision

    Yup, just a server restart this week. Our devs are hard at work making the upcoming content the best it can be!

    We are, however, aware of the issue with the Cloak Tower dungeon and are working to get it resolved in as timely a manner as possible.
