Knight's Valor still bugged after all this time (GF)

I wasn't aware until this morning that the KV bug has been around since at least June, 2013. I noticed it wasn't working correctly two nights ago in Spell Plague. It worked up until about the halfway mark. This occurred each time I ran it (twice in two nights).

I searched the posts here but the last mention of it was in December 2013. For those of you that play a GF, does it work fully in other dungeons and/or lairs? Does it work in PvP (don't do much of that)?

This is such a great Power for the GF that I don't know why the bug persists. I know - the GF has gotten nerfed/adjusted/etc but this really makes being a GF even harder. Our job is to tank and this is a tanking Power.

I know the Devs are busy and I will be submitting a bug report to hopefully garner some GF love but I'm sure everyone is focused on Ice Wind stuff right now.

    I'm still confused on what the bug is... Does it stop working or something? Because as far as I know, it allows me to take damage for a few seconds, then goes on a cool down.

    There's talk about this in the Bugs section. If you do a search you will see a few others have posted on this issue. Its extremely frustrating to have KV stop working half way through missions.

    Everyone is so geeked up on doing damage that powers that let you take damage are not even addressed.

    @lvl99looter - The KV stops working - you can't activate it. A red square flashes around the icon border but it won't activate it. This, to me, is a pinnacle of the GF's power set and needs to be fixed.

    @darkzunga - I agree. Everyone's so worried about DPS that this issue may not ever get addressed.

    UPDATE: Happened in FH yesterday. Switching to another power then back to KV doesn't help either.

    This happens to me at least once during Gantlygrim runs. I've noticed though that this always happens when I have a CW in the group and they use one of their dailies, then my knights valor stops working. GFs have their issues, but this is pretty game breaking imo.

    The only way to deal with it was for me to simply relog: log out into the character select screen and log in again into the game; afterwards the skill was useable again. Admittedly this workaround has its limits during dungeon runs.

    @aethanas - I'll try that on my next DD run. thanks for the suggestion. I agree that it's usefulness may have limits.

    @tyedor - I haven't paid enough attention to whether it happens if a CW is in the group but I will be trying to duplicate it. thanks for the suggestion!

    @silence1x, I think the power stops when its at halfway mark and you get interupted,since thats how it always stops for me,only way to fix is relog or die.
