Profound Archer item visual bug

I have a problem with the Archer Profound set, it doesn't look at all like in the Collections page, actually it looks exactly like the Grim set which i already have. Granted i only have the Hood and the Boots so far but the Hood is exactly the same as the Grim Hood. Anyone else having this problem? It is bad enough that the stat scores are only so little better for 10x the farm but to look the exact same as the other suit well that is just not cool...

    This definitely needs to be fixed. On the collections page the profound set looks really cool but instead we are stuck with the appearance of the grim set

    some people got it right or at least they say so...
    grim set is ugly and i m sick of that sinister wolf mouth and all those thorns i want a nice looking set
    profound set costs a lot of glory and especially seals of triumph which are very hard to gather and its not worth it so far.
    stats are digits higher, +4 and +5 vs grim set does not justify the cost. unless the appearance. which is the same.

    Please make the profound set looks like in the Collections page.

    who knows... probably module 3 will mess up a bunch of other stuff in addition to current issues...

    Does posting bugs here help? or we should submit a ticket through the game?
    Because I see lots of threads, but very few with Devs answers.

    Nope the set looks just like grim... Mine does as well. I doubt it will be fixed. Look at the Ring of Violet Luminescence from a year ago that you get from a pack that you have to buy... You still cant transmute it on any ring. and this was a paid item... LOL

    what if we all flood them with tickets? i could put one up every day... maybe more people have this issue and if we all work together they will notice us...

    devs will rarely reply to bug reports, but these posts are reviewed by both the community managers and the dev team. the same thing goes with submitting a bug report in-game. you will not receive any kind of acknowledgement other than that it was sent.

    thing is i don't want to pay 51k ad x 4 to trans the set just so it gets fixed right after that
    also i like the way it was supposed to look more than anything else in the game atm which is why i invested the time to get it
    the stats aren't really that far from the grim set tbh but the looks...

    I also have this exact same issue, as well as the blades/bow from profound tier not being able to be transmuted...except between themselves. Thats right, i get the option to transmute my bow to my blades and vice-versa but i cant trasmute them to anything else...and the blade is even missing the model for the right hand one. I really hope that last part isnt intended that way bcs it looks kinda awkward to be using a blade with the left hand and punching people in the face with the right one ^^

    yeap, no transmutation for the bow for me either
    just got the items from the CTA and it doesn't show any item available to transmute to
    the grim blades worked just fine i just changed them.
    what. the. hell. :(

    got the blades finally and yes, they can only be transmuted with the bow. great work.

    LOL i've just logged in the forum to look for some CTA transm info... and found that it's bugged also.
