Please, for the love of Gygax, STAND IN THE STARTING CIRCLE.
NOT just outside of the circle.
NOT so that the edge of your Figurine is just barely touching the circle.
NOT over by the Quest Giver.
IN THE CIRCLE.
Otherwise the mission WILL NOT START.
O.K.
Rant over.
My head has ceased its' counterclockwise spin and the pea-soup has been hosed off the ceiling.
Just had to get that off my chest.
