Karrundax Dungeon Delve Chest issue

  Im having a simular issue, except its not giving me the option to select any type of bracers.

  Bumping because I cannot make threads yet, if someone knows where to direct my inquiry it'd be very nice if you can just drop me a PM to link me to the correct channel.
  
  Problem: Ran Karrundax during delves, didn't get chest. Like, literally no chests. No rewards for me at all, other than Drake Seals that drops from the boss.

  I went to Epic Karrundax today during Delves (GMT+8, 12mn to 1am), only about 30 minutes before the time of this post, and I got nothing. No chests, even though I went in during delves, killed boss during delves, exited with 1 minute before delves ended. I didn't notice it, but throughout the entire dungeon run, I actually had no icon that told me DD chest was unlocked.
  
  I know people will blame me for being blind because I didn't notice that the delves icon wasn't there, but what the heck.
  I ran DD only because I know I'll get a chest, but when I don't, and I do it entirely within the time frame, it's annoying you know?
  
  I'm really upset that I didn't get the chest while EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY PARTY MEMBERS GOT IT. Yes, the chest didn't open ONLY for me.
  I made a report in game but it didn't generate a ticket, so I'm making another post here because I have no idea how the report system works and I spent 1 hour in that dungeon expecting to get a T2 glove but I didn't.
  
  I'm not asking for much, I'm just asking for a fix in the Delves system and the reward which I'm supposed to get. (Which is a T2 TR gauntlet, I was gonna choose swashbuckling)
  
  I ran with Gala(CW), Schnuffel(DC), Bill Door(GF) and this other TR who's name was a little long, but I mentioned in the report (which I don't know if it is even sent).
  I'd like some help on this please.

  no, I'm sorry, but this will NEVER ever happen.
  
  the chest available during DD is NEVER a guarantee to a piece of gear, you were not guaranteed any type of reward, and possible to even get non-epics n that chest.
  

  Tier 2 dungeon delve chests:
  10% - drops the T2 set armor/weapon piece the in game description says (note each class has 3 sets)
  20% - drops the other T2 ring/necklace/belt piece the in game description says
  50% - drops a random T1 piece your class can use (armor, weapon or otherwise)
  20% - drops a random usually junk purple from the endboss in the area

  It just happens so that I get the choice every time I've ran a DD (even for all the T1's I've ran before), so I thought it always meant a choice.
  
  O well, in that case I'll just have to suck it up then. But it's really annoying though. =/
