I do hope that customer service come back to you soon on this...
But sad to say PWE customer service is not known to be the best.. they usually take a long time before they can get back to you.... it will be weeks before they ask you for more information and months before they fixes anything.
Given that you have been their supporter in packs and zen purchases, I hope they can expedite your case.

This is kinda sad to hear it T_T......anyone who got any idea or any method please kindly help SilverySilver....or anyone experienced this before and get back all their things.... Please help....thanks for all the support and may the GM reply SilverySilver fast...because this is a very serious situation....all help and comment will be much appreaciated...
Wow , I really hope you get help from support ,the other night when the server went down peoples characters weren't showing on the login screen and I seriously thought I had lost everything until I came here to post a thread and found out why , that gave me a slight idea of the feeling you must be going through right now , good luck :<
From what I have been told they may do a character rollback but I'm not sure how far back that goes , maybe last maintenance and I have no idea if that will give back the lost zen.

Yeap, first thing I did was to post ticket and change all my passwords everywhere. If PWE can contact me, there is a lot of Zen exchange log happening that they can use to trace. I lost ard 14,100 Zen and 4-5 Mil AD.

Base on my previous experience submitting ticket for certain incident, most of the reply i get are from auto mail. So i suggest you to write a specific mail to customer service using this adress. Here the mail

I really hope that the GM is looking at this post, and re-roll all your stuff back to you. But like what dsolz said, it may take a while for it to happen. Let say if they are not replying to you. You will have to give them more mails. Hope you will get back your original account.

I would suggest changing your passwords, email included...
