Can't play preview shard

I just patched the preview shard but every time I try to play it it gets stuck on the main loading screen following the Cryptic screen. I close the game and when I launch it again it asks me to verify the files. I have now done this 3 times.

UPDATE: Hung again. Now having to verify files for the fourth time. I will try and run the live shard now to see if that works.
PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.

    It sometimes does that , just leave it , I have heard of it taking several minutes .

    Okay, I'll try be patient next time.

    On the fourth attempt I got into the game as fast as I usually do.

    If you still have issues with the files, you can just delete the preview server files and redownload them. All you have to do is go into your neverwinter folder and delete the "Playtest" folder (that is all of the preview server).
