The fact that there have been at least 3 major dev screw ups with the pvp patch and no one has come out to explain anything.
Those of us who are willing to pay for this deserve better.
That is all
OP, here is where you have an opportunity to explain what you mean. what kind of expectations do you have as far as communication is concerned? most of the time, devs and producers can't discuss a lot of what they're working on because their employment is under a strict NDA. you may notice that when they do discuss things here in the forums, they are very vague. another reason for that may be that statements made by developers are often times misconstrued as promises so they have to make a specific effort to be very clear about what they're saying. they may say "we want to do this but whether that will ever happen, we do not know."
so, please expand on what you want.
stating that there were three major screw ups with no explanations... there have been plenty of statements of "we are aware of this and we're looking into it" by not only the community team but from the community manager and producers.

I wanted to know why this would happen, because Neverwinter has some serious long history of this kind of WE ARE AWARE.....
How come the Dev fail to avoid this awkward moment almost everytime? This is the answer we want.
And don't tell me Dev is doing a good job/the best they could. Because in my gaming historty I have not encounter any online game with so many known exploit/bugs that takes ages to fix and almost every new patch comes with some utterly annoying problems.
So there you go, plz give me an answer, since those are things that already happened, there is no reason for Dev to be vague right?
If I had to guess I'd say that they probably don't have enough staff for the amount of content they are trying to push out , hopefully as the game gets bigger and the games population rises they will recruit more programmers , designers and quality assurance testers and stuff , I agree this is the most continuously buggy MMO I have ever played but with time hopefully they will start to get on top of things.
yeah and they pushed the game out 1 year ago they could have waited a year or even two; but they wanted us players to be able to play this game that they put so much effort into.
Sure they could make us wait a year for each new class to be bug free, each item to be bug free, each dungeon to be exploit free. But can you honestly say in your heart that you wanna wait 1 year for each new thing to come out or would you rather wait a month or three for the shell to come out be playable and eventually get the bugs out?
I sure dont have the patience to wait a whole year for 1 dungeon and from this thread it looks like you dont either.
things when rushed are always going to have some sort of bug attached they certainly want them there far less than we do but in this game content is king bugs are flattened but like a house infested with bugs there are 3 million more just waiting to be born you just have to keep flattening them which takes time and effort better spent on improving the game.
try making a game with rpg maker about 6 hours of gameplay into it you will run into a bug and never be able to iron it out and thats rpg maker try doing it with an actual 3d software its FAR harder because a bug can come outta nowhere and ruin the entire game just because you wanted a boulder to fall.

first off, you have to remember where you are. this is a gaming for-profit company with lots of proprietary information that is protected by law. this is also a technology company that provides a free service. we already know there are tons of fixes that are done without ever being announced to protect the integrity of the game or the game's economy. we also know that stuff happens and patches come out nearly every week. if you've ever played an MMO, this is not unusual in the history of MMO gaming.
so bugs happen, threads pop up and your community manager is on top of these things with some assistance from the community team. they get reported to the dev team and depending on the severity of the issues, they are prioritized. the CM will usually post something indicating what's going on. in addition to this, other PWE staff have been active on the forums. if you're not sure about this, you can always check the dev tracker which only shows posts made by PWE staff.
so besides all of this communication that's going on with patch notes, the CMs constantly acknowledging the issues that are reported and usually responses on when some of these things will be addressed, i'm still unsure about what is expected. what more can be done that isn't already being done?
please PM those suggestions to me and i'll make sure PWE staff gets them.
