Character Select Screen Bugs

Character rename tokens are either disappearing or no longer work. I purchased a character rename token ages ago when it was on sale, and now the "buy Rename Token" button has replaced it (I never used the token). I have heard of other players encountering similar issues with the rename token in general chat.

I also can no longer access the foundry even though I have 7 characters above the required level 15 (5 of those are level 60).

    This is not a character select screen bug, it is an account bug. Your only recourse is to contact support.

    I have already contacted support regarding this matter. However, I have listed this as a bug in the forums because I have heard of other players encountering the same issue with rename tokens purchased much more recently.

    I logged in again after quitting the game completely and the both issues appear to be resolved for me. I did not get a reply regarding the ticket I opened, but that does not eliminate the possibility that someone had to do something manually to fix the issue.

    If anyone else encounters this issue, try exiting the game completely and then logging back in. It is possible that it may fix it for you as well.
