Tymora boxes only reward 2k astros

was opening tymora boxes and got the Rough AD reward, I was suprised to see this :

when here it clearly says you should get 10k rough Astral diamonds: http://community.arcgames.com/en/news/neverwinter/detail/3036603


Please fix this, I am not happy that I got 8k less than I was supposed to!

    Have the same issue; 2,000 Rough AD instead of 10,000.

    10K is what it delivered last time. Looks like they messed up and changed it without changing the informational. Last time I made like 220K AD the very first day.. Took a long time to get through the refining limitations. I can see why they decreased it. I would rather have the 10K since I only got AD from one box out of the fifty plus that I opened today.. and you were lucky, mine only had 1000. But the mistake was not decreasing the amount it was in not updating their informational.

    What's to say you won't get 10k AD in the next one? But it's all about you, right? Entitlement attitudes much? Just asking. Hell, that 2k AD is 2k more than you had before you opened the box, Suck it up and drive on or just stop opening boxes.

    Seriously, does anyone *ever* not complain about stuff? Sheesh.

    Oh, and before anyone starts splitting hairs with what exactly the description means, dig-up the written and signed contract that shows Cryptic guaranteeing that no matter what is written, the way you read it is always going to be the right way. Be happy you got what you got, for goodness sakes.

    Yes it does say may, but after that there is a list of possible rewards the way I see it those are the different rewards that you MAY get, by your logic you have a chance to get absolutly nothing out of one of these boxes. It would be a different story if on that list it said up to 10k RAD, but it doesn't.

    As you pointed out the way you read it may not be the right way, what you seem to fail to notice is that that statement goes both ways. I will not be happy with what I get when I was promised one thing and got something else, you would be upset if you went to the store and bought a 40 inch tv, but when you got home it turned out that the tv was only 8 inches. Its not being entitled or greedy, its asking a company to provide what they advertised.

    I had got 10K RAD one time, during two hours farming.

    I got both, one toon got 2k another got 10k.

    This is not a bug, you can earn up to 10k from one and as little as 1k. A better descript saying 10k is possible and not to make people think 10k is the only amount would be helpful.

    Yesterday i got 2k and 10k diamonds and today i got 1k 3 times. It would be nice to know the amount range we can get.

    According to wiki, there are three possible amounts: 10K, 1k, and 2k.

    yes according to the wiki it may say that there are three possible amounts, but the entire point of this thread was to point out the fact that the news page advertising the event says that you have a chance to receive 10k, not up to 10k. Either they need to fix the news page to display that you can receive up to 10k, or they need to fix the boxes to give us the advertised amount.

    No it says this - Up to 10,000 Rough Astral Diamonds. It doesn't mean that it is 10k RAD each time. It means there is a range on how much RAD you get.

    Says that now. Yesterday when they first posted the article it simply said you could get 10k. "Up to" is an edit.

    exactly, it wasn't like that at 11 am central time this morning (3/7/14). They updated the tooltip to reflect what you really get, which was the main point of this thread.
