Can someone tell me exactly what I need to create these symbols?

    It is the same for both... Someone should put this on the NW Wiki btw...

    Fomorian Fabled Symbol:
    - Level 20 Artificing
    - Malabog’s Hilt Fragment
    - Malabog’s Quillon Fragment
    - Malabog’s Stone Fragment

    Symbol of the Fallen Dragon:
    - Level 20 Artificing
    - Dread Hilt Fragment
    - Dread Quillon Fragment
    - Dread Stone Fragment

    What about the other tidbit, the file iirc. What level does that need to be and what influence does its level have?

    You will need:
    • 2 x Artificers
    • 1 x Steel File (24%)
    • 3 x mix-n-match (must add up to 75%)

    Profession Assets you can use in Artificing:
    • Iron/Steel/Mithral Crucible (Alchemy)
    • Iron/Steel/Mithral Mallet
    • Iron/Steel/Mithral File

    You TOTAL quality must be equal to or greater than 100% or you have a chance to fail... I wouldn't try it on anything less than 100%:

    EXAMPLE:

    24% Steel File
    40% Mithral Mallet
    40% Mithral Mallet
    ==
    104% chance. PERFECT!
