Failed Fallen Dragon craft despite 100% chance

I crafted a Fallen Dragon orb with all purple assets in every slot. Achieved 100% chance to craft. Collected results, and got 3 Ornamental Mithral instead. :(

The only thing I can think of that may have bugged it is the fact that I paid the AD to collect 1 hour early.

    That's unfortunate.

    That's not the bug though, I collected mine two days early and still got the Fallen Dragon weapon.

    Someone did post a screenshot which shows that if you fill all the asset slots with Purple assets, the tier 2 result will be 0%, which is definitely a bug.

    I see, I did use all epics in each slot

    I don't have the recipe for this in Artificing, what am I doing wrong?

    you need to have at least one of the special items in inventory,
    e.g. for Fallen Dragon Orb
    at least one of these items: Dread Quillion Fragment, Dread Riser Fragment, Dread Stone Fragment

    And probably lvl20 Artificing.

    I have only a dread hilt in my inventory, I see several swords in weaponsmithing - rank 1 - and the cleric symbol with the hilt. So that must be it then. Thanks!
