I've some questions about solo or half group queues:
1. Why killing the final boss in PvE dungeons doesn't filterred by matchmaking and keep joining ppl to that game?
2. Why there's a situation matchmaking joins me to the PvE groups which have only disconnected people?
3. Why can't I join in some PvP group when both groups score is close to equal?
4. Why there's a situation when you get kicked out of group while loot rolls active?
5. Why this game dmg balanced beetween characters such a way so top-geared tank GF kills top-geared GWF with easy 1x1?
6. Why this game dmg balanced beetween characters such a way so top-geared GWF (16k gearscore for example) kicked out of a PvE coz 12k gearscore CW feels much useful?
I've a tons of "why" like that, but nvm, I'm just an old decadent esthete from the year 1980xx...

The GWF sucked then, or wasn't pvp built and geared.

Doesn't happen unless there isn't a cw already. Some dungeons a CW is very helpful where a second gwf wouldn't be.

These are the same problem of instances staying open when they shouldn't be.

For the questions in your second post you gotta question the players involved.
