Bolbin Ironbrew does not have quest icon

In Torunedar Village, the questgiver Bolbin Ironbrew does not have quest markers showing that he has any available quests.

    Are you a too high level?
    like 10 levels above?
    Then it can happen that you only see the questicons of the 'important' quests, and the other ones dont show up, but you can still do the quests.
