help me please?

ok im a nub that is from forsaken world so please forgive my probly obvious questions but

1. How do you use this games chat system. Ive never played a game where it was this set up to talk in different channels like zone pt and normal

2. where do i have to go to get my arc gifts because i have absolutely no idea where they are still :confused:

    1) Use slash "/" to talk in different channels followed by the name of the channel you wish to use.
    zone = /zone blabla (or /z)
    party = /party blabla (or /p)
    guild = /guild blabla (or /g)
    looking for group = /lookingforgroup blabla (or /lfg)
    trade = /trade blabla

    Advisable to make a few extra chat tab to filter some channels cause having them all in 1 is rather annoying.

    2) If you redeemed the arc gift key, go to Protector's Enclave to the Rewards Claim Agent (red christmas present icon on the map), it's in the northern part of the city.
