Zen transfer issue

I sometimes purchase some Zen, and something new just happened on the website. I play in the US, and to transfer Zen it usually only gives you the option to use the "neverwinter" server. Today it gave me 2 and only 2 different options -- the "international" server and the "russian" server.

Needless to say, I don't want to transfer zen to a black hole. Is something broken?

Thanks.

. . . Neverwinter is the only server. So, you'll choose 1) Neverwinter, 2) Neverwinter, 3) Amount to Transfer. Make sure you're on the US Website, not the Russian or International one.

    US Wallet: https://billing.perfectworld.com/mywallet

. . . To get there manually, when in the My Wallet page, click Language up top and choose English. Changing language here on the forums is separate from the Account pages.

The servers are currently down for maintenance and unavailable. This may be causing your issue. If it persists after maintenance ends send in a help ticket and the mods should be able to help you further

Thank you, but I also had the same problem last night,... and the problem persists now.

. . .Ah yes, as Elminster says, wait until Maintenance has completed. If Neverwinter still does not appear for you after the server is back up, you will need to contact Support so they can look into and help resolve the issue for you.

. . . However, looking at it now, Dragon (International) may be the option you want. I'll inquire as soon as my CM gets in the office and see if I can get a solid answer for you. Please wait until both after maintenance and after I reply here about the Dragon (International) server in the selection, to be on the safe side.

ok, thank you. I play in the U.S., so not sure why I'd be on int'l.

. . . I'm just guessing here, but since Dragon (the US-based server) is actually an international server open to anyone in the World (other regions have their own that only they can access, like Russia's and China's but they can still access Dragon) and now seeing how the International server is named "Dragon" in the list... I'm guessing they recently updated the server names in the transfer list in the Wallet page.

. . . I'll find out for sure. I should have an answer within an hour or so.

I live in the USA, I bought zen this morning and used the International Server (Dragon) and had no problem, 2 choices, International and Russian, if you don't live in Russia then there is only one choice, the US and Europe are on the same server, International which is the Dragon server, the same one we've been using, hope this helps.

first post said no same server, meant on the same server, sorry

. . . I've just confirmed that "Neverwinter" in the Transaction page was updated to read "Dragon (International)." So, if you want to transfer Zen to the US-based server, you'll want to choose "Dragon (International)."

They got it wrong. It should be Internationale. -cough- (Just kidding)

Okay, I'm really happy I spotted this thread and was curious to read it because I'm accustomed to also looking for "Neverwinter/Neverwinter" in my wallet transfer. Though buying Zen through ARC auto-transfers it to the correct server, I still prefer the Wallet paradigm.

Thanks, Zeb for confirming (and clearing-up the confusion).

    Thank you very much, Z.
