If a player drops out of multiple matches while the Arena PvP event is active, please ban them from queuing again until after the event is over. If a player drops out of a match prior to any points being scored, please ban them from the queue until after the event is over.
That or just put in a general cooldown timer on that makes you wait half an hour for your next match if you drop out. Give people some incentive to stay in a match instead of running out the instant they even THINK they aren't going to be on a super dominating team.

People play PVP for fun, gear or AD. You get none of them if you stay in a game only to get slaughtered over and over by a far superior team, so people quit and try again in the hope to find a more balanced pvp game.
Ban or timer will only make people play less often and/or staying in a game AFK at spawn point.
It would be much easier put in some team balancing filter, so that you don't get 3 GFW and 2 CW with 16/18k gs on one side and 2 TR, 2 HR and 1 DC with 8/10k gs on the other...
Getting put in against an ungodly ridiculous geared team that all knows what they're doing with a bunch of guys who are brand new to level 60 sucks a bit, definitely. But you know what's funny? Most of those super-newbie level 60's that I find myself teamed with ARE NOT THE ONES DROPPING OUT. I'm not going to pretend I'm awesome at PvP, or that I'll probably EVER be anywhere near top tier in that regard. But when you see the same guy in multiple groups during the Arena Event, and he drops three out of four of those groups before any combat has actually taken place, and only stays in the group where everyone else was 14k + gearscore, that guy needs to get banned from queuing until the end of the extra Glory event. For me to see the same player four times in an hour, and I DON'T drop games, he must have screwed over at least a dozen groups dropping before things even got started.
I'm not requesting some ridiculous 6 hour queue ban (which is in another similar thread) just take players who drop from more than one group during the event, or drop before scoring, and not let them participate in the rest of the event. If that's too complicated, a thirty minute break isn't the most draconian of punishments but it IS an incentive to learn how to PvP to the best of your ability.
