After installing the new ARC controller does not work

There have been similar reports I've read on the forums where some mouse buttons are not working with the new ARC as well. For myself I've been using Pinnacle controller software for over 6 months with out issue (and I've used Xpadder as well I just think Pinnacle works better) after installing the new ARC last night I logged in the controller did not work at all (no part of the thumb sticks or buttons register anymore).

I logged out and logged back in through steam works 100% as normal
Logged out of steam and logged in directly through the "old" executable / launcher and again 100% functionality so it's the ARC.

I did check the "help make ARC better by allowing them to see your system" or something to that effect when I installed it but I can re-list anything you may need if you'd like.

    I have the same problem. I even set the pinnacle settings so it was persistent profile under the settings but that did not help. When you do that you can control the mouse pointer in Windows just fine but if I try to do anything with the Arc window it stops working. Then if I click (using the mouse) on the desktop, it starts working again.

    . . . I have the same issue with my M705 Logitech Mouse and my G15 keyboard. ARC blocks my G keys and my mouse's extra buttons, which all work fine when I run the game stand-alone or through steam. Just if I load the game through ARC, they all cease to work until I shut down ARC and reload the game in a different manner.

    Hello Neverwinter Family,

    I have a quick question. I installed the Arc game launcher the other day. When I launched Neverwinter with it running it does not let me use Xpadder. I had to completely close Arc, through the task manager, to get it working. Is this something that will be implemented permanently in the future? I really enjoy the Xpadder + 360 controller support for this game since it isn't your average MMO, with 99 keybinds. I really hope that they don't go all AION/NCSoft on us and rootkit our computers with unwanted software :eek:. If anyone knows if they will permanently disable Xpadder support, please let me know, thanks.
