active companions somehow sent back to my bags...

So, two of my companions somehow got sent back from being ACTIVE to just sitting in my bags. And in an "overflow" bag too. My bags weren't even full.

Both companions had been in use during questing and in Sword Coast Adventures. This happened while I was not playing. I logged in, and noticed them "missing."

Now, I can't get them active again. I've reported it both in game and via the website. Any ideas?

    Same thing happened to me last night. All my lv 60 char's companions were sent to overflow. The name changing window pops up when I drag them to active slots (had to pay 6k ad to get each of them active again)

    Were you also doing Sword Coast Adventures?

    yes, I have been doing Sword Coast Adventures. is there a bug related to them?
