Hello, still remains a good building, CW with high HP, Regen , Deflect for PVP?
HP ( 30k) + Regen (1500) + Deflect (20%) <<< would be a good build? Given that there have been changes with Tenebrous. The big problem with this build is that i lose quite ARMP / CRITICAL.

Thanks.

I don't remember the name of the char, but a couple of weeks ago there was a CW on the other team that was living a very long time against multiple opponents. I can only assume he was running high HP/Regen/Deflect.
    Foundry - Fight Club? (nw-dluqbofu7)
    - JailBreak (in development)

Deflect 20% is the max i can get with my halfling CW, if I do not want to lose other stats, the problem is that my critical chance goes to 15% and 16% ARMP, but in return i get 33k life with rank 8's radiant.

The pvp tweaks that lower healing and increase mitigation come out in a bit so it might be better to hold off until the new meta becomes apparent.

i still wonder what's so great about deflect... 0 defense and 0 deflect, usually 500 points in defense give you more than twice as much theoretical survivability than 500 deflect (i du count out armor penetration here, which, of course, makes a difference....)
or if not 500 defense, 2000 HP - probably even way more survivability.
from my POV deflect is a bit of a failure and only decent (but still not extraordinon a rogue .... on the other hand i have no PvP experience at all :)

If you are using eots I would not worry too much about your critical. ARP on the other hand...?
