I was looking at compiling a list of all the soft caps for all the classes, but figured this has already been created and my SearchFu is just weak.

If such a list exists, can someone point me to it?

You add your base stat buffs to those numbers too. So if DEX gives you extra deflect, that adds on top.

It's all the same man. No difference between the classes.

Ok thanks Cw. So if it's all the same then can someone just post the list? I can't read the graph sorry doesn't make complete sense to me it looks like soft cap on nearly everything is between 2 and 4k. Why do they show the negative quadrants on this graph is it possible to have negatives? Anyway if someone has a breakdown that shows Arm pen = 2500, Defense = 3100 type of thing that would be super helpful.
    Thanks

Just go across bottom for your value and go up to the appropriate colored line for your percentage.
    ArmPen 2500 = 24%
    Defense 3100 = 32.8%

...and then add whatever your base stat bonus is on top of those.
    So if Dex gives you a Defense bonus of 6%, then 32.8% + 6% = 38.8%
(NO idea what Dex bonus is, just a wild-***-guess example)
