hey everyone i was just wondering wat this artifact is called i seen it in pvp and u can revive allies from a far sorry if this makes no sence to anyone and thanks for any help

It has a chance to appear in arcane coffers if you use an admantine gauntlet.
Eye of Lathander as dardove mentioned, arcane chest drop with addy gauntlet.
It's a BoP drop, so none on AH for you to purchase.
. . . Arcane Coffers are similar to the Delve Chests. They are white and hover above the ground and are located at the end of the three Lairs in the Dread Ring; the Dread Spire, the Death Forge, and the Phantasmal Fortress. You'll need a special adamantine gauntlet that you can unlock through the Dread Ring Campaign screen and then once unlocked, you can "forge" one per day at the anvil in the beginning area of the Dread Ring area. You need to be level 60 to unlock the Dread Ring zone. Go talk to Sergeant Knox in Protector's Enclave to begin the Dread Ring content once you've reached level 60. It's started much like Sharandar is.

I did not mean this as negative feeback only. I do like that Valindras Tower and Castle Malabog Dungeons are added to the game. Also positive feedback on Sharandar I liked the beautiful designed areas and to fight feminine Witches.
In Dread Ring I like the 3 SOLO Dungeons. Dread Ring is also much faster progression then to unlock all boons in Sharandar. Lol none of my characters have unlocked all boons in Sharandar though my main has finished Dread Ring. Finally the Ranger class and additional Paragon path in second expansion was very nice.
Well that said I am very HAPPY that next big update likely will be for PvP(though it could be mixed zone compare Gauntlgrym). This game certainly do not need any new expansion with boons any time soon. I did not mean never, but I hope next big update if mainly for PvP. I also give my thanks to Cryptic and Perfect World for a great game.
Personally, my strategy is to get the Gauntlets made up before I worry about anything else. That way, at least I have the chance at scoring an Artifact while I grind out my Boons. Your Mileage May Vary.

There seems to be some problems with the Gauntlet projects. The Gauntlets are available after you start the project and do a map change instead of after you finish the project. So it is possible to get 2 Adamantine Gauntlets before you finish the Adamantine Gauntlets project.
When you are level 60 (if you're not already) see Sgt Knox in Protectors Enclave.
He will give you a few missions.. One to see someone about Sharandar, another to see someone about an artifact, one to see the Protector for dailies, and one to go to the Dread Ring.
Once you begin these chains, it all just falls into place.
You can't do the Dread Ring and miss the chance to make the gauntlet. It's in your face. So just follow the chain, its really a lot simpler than you are probably thinking, and nothing to worry about missing. If you check with Sgt Knox, you can't possibly miss it unless you intend to.
To any other fresh 60's or soon to be 60's.. Do the Sharandar, Dread Ring, and Artifact quest chains as soon as possible. There are boons (permanent stat boosts, that can be changed later with respecs) and other benefits that are huge. Example.. one boon gives like 250 crit.. which is more crit than is given by two rank 5 Azure Enchants. And you have this even with no gear on.
So.. don't miss out.. but don't worry too much.. once you know they are out there.. it's pretty much impossible to miss them.

It's just a chest in a lair in addition to the regular one that is found there. If you have forged a gauntlet, you get to open it and probably get some minor reward. But if you do the mission chains to upgrade the gauntlet, you have a tiny chance to get much better rewards such as the artifact. It's a gravy thing. You might do it 999 times and never get it. Or you might get it really quick. You just do it and rejoice if it pans out.. ya just move on and have fun beating up bad guys if it doesn't. The regular chest that is always available is the reason you came anyway.. otherwise you are probably wasting your time.

With Platiunum glove you also sometimes can get blue gems worth 1500 refinement points.
My 3 max level characters only have Platinum glove though my main is near to get next Glove.
& it has 2bend down 2revive your team mate. i still need 2increase its range.....
If you get the 30 spark crate for 6 celestial coins you can get the 5th sharandar boon before the 5th dread boon. But yes I do prefer the dread campaign more than the sharandar one that felt more repetitive. Got 6 toons now, presuming there's another progression campaign I'm going to probably drop 4 of them.
Dude you can use artifacts to refine your artifact. If you just tossed it you lost out on Massive refinement points.

Same here , RNG totally blows , no Portal hound or whatever it's called from Sharandar yet and no Artifact from dread ring , I don't even need the things ,it isn't like either would improve my character but I'm now completely OCD obsessed with getting them both -.-
The Portal Hound is called the Blink Dog and can be found on the Exchange. Might save some irritation by just purchasing it off the Exchange instead of doing countless Lairs in Sharandar.
No lol , my unreasonable obsession with getting the 2 drops is the only thing keeping me logging in now lmfao.

I think they have fixed the big gains in this in last Thursdays patch. I hope i'm wrong but thats how it appeared when i checked it.
