Uh, no! In fact let's not even go there.
Not sure what inflation you are talking about unless you are looking at Hunter Ranger gear which is priced high because it is new has a large demand and a low supply.
Other gear hasn't changed that much in my opinion.
try ask it to the few player that have a lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot of AD and play whit the AH to make profit ^^ and you will be surprised if you will know the trinity that do this little game to make personal real incoming...

I don't know if this is really worth mentioning, as it seems really obvious, but just because someting is posted in the AH for millions of AD it doesn't mean it worth that much or that anyone is gonna buy it.

I think english is just not their primary language. I think it's suppossed to be "Just ask a player that has a lot of ad for tips and see how they make so much and you'll be surprised how easy it actually is to do it."
prices are finally starting to sort them out, ofc twink gear is expensive, it is in any mmo.
i think ad prices will go down since a lot of ad has gone from game by refining
Huh? You've only been able to refine 25K AD a day, that's really not much, like at all. The only way to make AD is either running upper-dungeon rotations (where everyone gets a drop through five runs) or proper crafting, which I will not explain to you.

Unless I am mistaken, they are referring to A.D. being spent on the assorted Marks and Stones needed to Refine Artifacts and Enchants, which can add up to quite a sum if you are relying on your Dailys and Crafting to supply the A.D. needed to buy the supplies.
I also believe that you would have seen a brief upswing in some prices because some of the Whales that already HAD maxed out gear and were just stockpiling A.D. got back into the Game and the Auction House in order to max. out their Artifacts as quickly as possible. Add to that the scarcity of some items (Blue Marks, anyone?) and you have the makings of a nice little Bubble.

The listings you see where there are like single rank 4 silvery enchants for 100mil are farmers or people moving AD around.
Nah, it's used because that's what shows first. The hope is to have someone spontaneously "Bid" on their item without checking prices. I've tried it a few times just to see if it works. Had about a 10% success rate so I stopped.

Prices have gone up about 10-30% depending on the category. That's fact not theory as I have been keeping notes (written). Still it's mostly not enough to break the system, and it's mostly due to the Gateway access to the AH. There are a number of people who enjoy manipulating in-game markets, unfortunately their activity is expected, but my real complaint is how slow it makes the AH to accommodate this kind of interest. It also opens the market to Bots, and many types of market manipulating software. The proliferation of 100mil postings would slow down considerably if there was a 0.5% fee attached to every posting. There needs to be a small fee that is never returned for wasting the auctioneers time.
There is a fee for listing that is non refundable if the product listed is not sold.
As far as AD it's easy to make lots in this game if you set yourself up right I do 8 to10 million a month very easily with just a couple hours a day invested at this point and I started just after "beta"
Prices are going up as they do but they also go down with market corrections (just look at leadership Adventurers were around 90k then quickly dropped to sub 50k and have stayed low since).

that is why prices are going down since u can add 24k ad/ character a day in game, while refining takes out large amount of ad from game, on top of usual stuff. but ad value might rise, though it depends on how many ppl salvage stuff/do quests/leadership(actions that add ad to game)

There is a reason for this. The market didn't just lowered themselves out of nowher. The suply is a lot higher now because current Lockbox drops Leadersip assets.
