Possible hint at future content from Telescope Fortune?

I got this on one of my alts a week or so ago and it got me to wondering , could it possibly be a hint at the direction of future content , maybe Module 3? I don't really know much about Forgotten Realms lore so I have no idea if this is even realistic but I do know that the city of Waterdeep is just down the coast from Neverwinter and I think that adding a huge new city hub would be welcome , especially going by what I have read about the place.

My interpretation was that the fortune mimics a bad fortune teller's clumsy hedging. There's no prediction, it's just a display of comically-bad showmanship.

This is how I read it, but it would actually then be even more hilarious if the fortune was later proved to be accurate.

    Isn't Neverember from Waterdeep?

Neverember is an open Lord of Waterdeep, and Old Jerry (Blacklake District) has yelled about Waterdeep since the release of the game. :)

Yes. The Lords of Waterdeep have a large interest in Neverwinter.

Waterdeep would be awesome, just think a content module that is a highly detailed city. I'd probably run my Rogue through it.
