Help needed from mods

Hello.

If I discover an issue related to the mechanics of the game or some problem related to the game, whom shall I address it to ?

    Go ingame, press Escape, select help.

    If the issue is your character is stuck or items have vanished ect. ect. (i.e. something that happened to your character that has a permanent or semi-permanent effect) then submit a GM request.

    If the issue is just that you've noticed a mistake with the numbers or powers not working properly ect. ect. submit a bug report.

    You can also raise the issues you bug report on the forums to check if it is a bug or WAI.

    Just a note if it's an exploit I'd pm a mod rather than posting it here. Sharing is caring is frowned upon by most companies.

    Yes this too.

    You can tell if it's an exploit if they're gaining stuff far faster than it seems legitimate.

    Thanks a lot for answers people, but I really need a moderator to tell me the right way. Is not a bug, is not an exploit, is not math ... another issue related to the game mechanics.

    A moderator will tell you the same thing these other people have. And will also most likely lock the topic.

    Keep in mind moderators are not Cryptic employees and can only offer their own opinions, like other players. If you actually need something official, youll have to wait till monday. Staff is off on the weekends.

    Use the ingame reporting function or report your issue here. If it's a violation you're wanting to report, click Customer Service > Report Violation

    As we can do nothing further at the forum level, though, and these type threads tend to attract a lot of flames, I'll have to close this.
