Ultimate Game Card Overcharging

I am trying to use an Ultimate Game Card to purchase Zen.

I want the $20 option, 2000 Zen + 300 bonus Zen.

UGC wants to charge me for every Zen and is claiming I owe them $23.

    Are you outside the US? ive noticed a lot of people have issues with UGC if theyre not in the US..

    Yes, I'm in Australia. This isn't the first time I have used a UGC and it was fine before.

    What it comes down to is that they're charging me for the bonus Zen.

    Ah.. Well UGC can be a little iffy at times, just wait a little bit and if it isnt fixed send a ticket to support. If youre impatient (like i would be xD) just go ahead and send that ticket now :)

    assuming you're purchasing this through an online retailer, you may need to contact the retailer to inquire about this issue. alternately, you may also contact PWE through the support ticketing system or you may also send an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com. there isn't anything that we, at the forum level, can do about this issue.
