Won't load Neverwinter

The game started up fine last night. Now when I launch it the tab on the bottom of the screen comes up like it's running and task manager says that it is running, but the game itself is no where to be found. Help please!

    I had the same problem today, and this fixed it for me.

    It wont let me update the patch (NW.10.20131211a.9). please help me i really want to play. It keeps saying: "error 36: A file was locked that could not be open for writing. Restart in X."

    im on the log in screen but it whenever i put my password and try to log in, it doesnt do anything

    Sorry for the double post but i think i solved our issue, have you tried loading the game from the neverwinter.exe in your game folder? This seemed to have worked for me. XD

    I am currently having this problem. just downloaded the game, but when I try to log in, nothing happens. hhh

    Hi guys, this has nothing to do with the author's bug. but i can't find anywhere i look, anyways when i start Neverwinter on Arc, i just downloaded it, and press login nothing happends at all. what to do?

    i got windows 7 home premium

    My game will load all the way up to the Neverwinter screen and it says that it's loading or unloading packages, and then when I click something the game crashes and I have no flipping clue as to how to make it work! T_T
