Arc not connecting

I am having issues connecting to Arc to get into game. I can log into fourms (obviously) and gateway just fine. But when I try and log into Arc It tells me connection timed out check internet connection and try again. My net is just fine I have been online all day with no issues except this. Is anyone else having this issue?

    NVM after the 3rd repair it is finally working now stupid thing.
