I have not been able to access the gateway for nearly 2 days now as I keep getting this message. It is understandable with the improvements and the Sword Coast Adventures and all but it is getting a little frustrating.
Are there any plans to allow better access to the gateway now?
same here keep hitting refresh F5 until it lets you in

All i can say is constantly refresh and you'll get in. Eventually.

Thanks for the advice. I finally got in at around 1 AM pst.
I still think it is something they need to work on improving.

There are several of us who have been trying consistently on our mobile phones since yesterday and have been unable to get into the site even once. my husband uses an ipad and he has zero issues. he's not seen the heavy load since the first time the rest of us saw it yesterday. sounds like there's more to this than heavy load.. can you please look into a possible issue with mobile phone access? I have an iphone running os6, and my friend has some android thing.
