I exchanged my Astral Diamonds for Zen, but where is my Zen?

I went through the whole exchanging process and my Astral's were gone, but it showed that I did not have my Zen. Where is my Zen? I'm reading about this Exchange Pool but I'm not sure what that is. This Zen is only for my main character. Thanks in advance!! :)

    ZEN/AD Exchange - "Withdraw" button.

    Open the astral diamond exchange (the third icon from the left in the menu at the top) and your ZEN should appear in the "Exchange Balance" on the bottom of the window. Next to it a "Withdraw" button which transfers the ZEN from the exchange to your balance.

    You can also try the "listings" tab as it could be possible that your offer hasn't been matched. You can cancel your offer and replace it or withdraw the funds as described above.

    depending on what you put your AD up for it can take time for you to get your AD. There has to be pending asks for AD at the price point you transferred to for you to get your AD right away.

    Did you actually buy the Zen with your ADs, or just offer to buy Zen with your ADs? If you put up an offer to buy, at a price that was slightly more favorable to you, it may take some time for the going rate to drift over to it and clear your listing. If you want your AD back before then, you'll have to cancel your listing.

    As others have said the Zen Exchange is actually player driven much like the Auction House.

    Make sure your Astral Diamonds actually sold. If when you see this post you still do not have a "Withdraw" button then please check the "Listings" tab and see if you have any current listings. If another player does not buy the Astral Diamonds you listed you wil not be able to withdraw any Zen (since nobody has given you any) or the AD you offered to sell.

    However unlike the Auction House you may cancel any listings you have free of charge at any time at which point you will be able to withdraw any Zen you purchased and whatever Astral Diamonds you did not yet sell.

    I was so unsure about how the whole exchanged work. I used to just purchase Zen, but I wanted to give the AD exchange a try.
    Reading what you all have said I understand it perfectly now! Silly me. Again, thanks all :):)
