My game crash

Hi. My game crashed today and I can't play with my main character. I can do it with the others but everytime I try to enter with my main TR game kick me to desktop.
Is that game issue? Happend to any others? It's really annoying. Please, fix it.

    I was doing my Sharandar daylies and suddenly the game freezed and crashed. Now everytime I try to enter with this character the game kicks me to desktop at half load.
    Please, tell me what's happening. It's really annoying. So many time, efford for this...

    It's evening and I still can't play with my TR since morning. The game kicks me to desktop everytime I try to load it (at half load). Please, Cryptic, tell me what's happening with this. The message error reads: "error ticket ID 26850327".

    I have the same problem with my TR. I was doing the Calm and Assertive daily in Sharandar when my game crashed. Since that crash I cannot get in the game with him. It happened like two hours ago. And I have the same error ticket. It's the exact same problem like yours.

    Certain characters getting locked is something that seems to be popping up. But in regards to crashing in general, I don't know if the below request for information will help, but it couldn't hurt.

    hi all...
    i hawe problem whan i enter in arc and whan i start neverwinter than ewery time game crash -,-(i try w/o arc but it's same)...what to doo ? thx

    Change to Directx11. log in with other character, travel to many places and then log in with the bug character it worked for me anyway.

    I solved it. I ran the game in safe mode. Once I moved from the place where my game crashed I restarted the game and set my graphics on default and it worked like a charm. I hope it helps you too.

    You're right!! Run game safe mode, leave the place, reset default graphics and done. Thank you very, very much man.
