It seems everyone can log in?

Since the so called new patch, I haven't been able to log into game. Server status of Dragon server appears to be down according to:

<< removed unauthorized URL >>

Are people getting into game now? If yes, would you recommend I uninstall and re-install the game onto my computer? Other ideas?

the site you mentioned is not an authorized site... and considering that i just logged out of neverwinter about 15 minutes ago, i'm gonna say that it's not very accurate either.

can you describe what kind of error you're seeing? are you launching the game through ARC, steam or the standard neverwinter launcher?

I open ARC. Hit play, and get msg that "An Error was detected by the game, would you like to verify all files? This may take 10-20 minutes." Click yes, it patches for a bit, then get to play, get Cryptic Error Handler, it black screens and appears to be loading but then nothing happens. I cntrl alt del and task manager shows that Neverwinter isn't responding. So I close it. Rinse and repeat, can't get in.

. . . . . Just a note about server status. It is known that pinging the server can cause false positives and vice versa for with the way Cryptic Servers work, it is not possible to correctly ping a server for its true status unless one is logged in. This is why the launcher can sometimes get confused and show the server down or up when it is the other and why relying on third party web sites is a bad idea.
