Missing items from Reward Claims Agent

I purchased both the Hero of the North and Knight of the Feywild packs as well as the new Hunter Ranger Pack. I just dropped by the reward claims agent and saw most of my items were missing! There is no spider mount, no brilliant energy enchant, no fashion sets, etc.

    I am experiencing this myself. I purchased the Hero of the North and the Guardian pack at launch so I have those, but I recently (last night) purchased the knight of the feywilde pack and it has not appeared for claiming at the founder merchant. And the supposed moon elf race doesn't even appear as an option in character create.

    +1 fix please.

    All the HotN Stuff is now in a single box that you grab from the Claims agent. I had a heart-stopping moment also, but I did grab the one box because I figured it contained the outfit and I do like that.

    But when I opened the box it had *everything* in it: Spider Mount, Panther Companion and all the rest. Including additional boxes with the outfit, etc., rather than claiming each piece individually.

    Good to know. Thanks for the heads up. I'll do this in the meantime, but those boxes have a lot of items. I typically only need one item at a time. I don't want to throw away a dozen items each time I have a yen for one particular thing. For months I have been able to grab, say Greycloak's Legacy, directly from the vendor without the hassle of searching through a box o' stuff. Please bring this back!

    the known issue with the hunter ranger booster pack has been resolved.

    when you bought the feywild pack, did you get the email with the key in it and did you go here to redeem it? if you did and it's in your list of redeemed items, then the best thing to do is what you've already done and that's contact customer support. there isn't anything we can do here on the forum level, unfortunately.

    there is a tab where you can select individual items from the packs and it's all reclaimable from the aforementioned merchant.

    The Reclaim tab that you are refering to is what is broken. Even with the HotN you can no longer do the individual reclaims from the vendor as nothing from the pack is showing up in reclaims forcing you to have to pay to unsocket the enchant from the Greycloaks Legacy weapon.

    I miss the being able to just grab the enchants as needed instead of having to do the box and pay the coin to unsocket for any upgrades I get as I replace gear.
