    Ultimate game cards, they have a 25 $ price tag on them but when you go to get your Zen you get RIPPED off! only 20 dollars gets turned into ZEN and the other 5 $ goes where?? in to "points??" where do those points go?? who gets that $5??the card company? NWN? thats 5$ cash lost with every ULTIMATE GAME CARD BOUGHT I'm feeling completely ripped off!!This is the first gaming sight that you CANNOT put in the ACTUAL VALUE of the card to get total credit for your money!!(hows that for a free game) what a shame NWN has turned to these tactics. Does Anybody know what happens to the remaining balance on your card??? I sure would like to know!!!!!!!!! That's equal to 500 ZEN!!!

    Yeah. Don't buy the Ultimate Game Card. Siphoning off 20% of the card's value is absolutely a ripoff.

    So far I havent been able to get a $20 card on. Its been hanging in "Please wait while your transaction is being processed" for the last 20 min. I'm afraid to back out thinking that UGC will say card has now been used and NW say its a used card and cant reprocess it then im out $20 zen.

    Contact Ultimate Game Card support. I had the same issue and they were prompt with helping me fix it. In the future only buy game cards in amounts that match the amount of zen you wish to purchase. I recently bought 2X 25.00 cards to take advantage of the 50.00 zen promotion and had no problems at all.

    And I have bought several cards in the 10.00 and 20.00 amounts and have also had no issues.

    Make sure you still have the number on the back of the card (that you had to scratch off to see), close out the perfect world site and then open your browser and go back to it and check if the amount has been transferred. If it has then you are good to go. If it has not, try to use the card again. If you receive a message saying that your card has been spent, contact BOTH PWE support and UGC support.

    I bought a card, yeah stupid mistake

    how do i use the code i have the never winter site doesn't have an option for me to place the code in?

    got my code from pcgamesupply and i reside within the UK but it wont let me use the code

    any ideas?

    Same problem here.
    I bought the Ultimate Game Card and I cannot use the code in Charge Zen section. Other three Prepaidcard methods have the column for the code, but this one not.

    Start Here, log in. Choose "charge Zen", on the new page, middle column, 4th choice down should be the UGC option. Click it. Choose the amount you have and continue.

    If you have a 25.00 card then you want to either charge 50.00 and use 2 cards, choose 30.00 and provide another 5.00 in another fashion or choose 20.00 and have 500 points left over (if you have left over points contact UGC support to have them help you get those points to neverwinter)
