Anyone else having trouble receiving account guard emails?

First a rant. The account guard is completely pointless and just downright annoying. Having it pop up every month is really frustrating when you don't have access to the email address everywhere you log in. Okay, I'm glad I got that off my chest, now for the real purpose of this thread.

I have 3 accounts. One with a gmail address, one with a yahoo mail address, one with my old ISP email address.
I got that stupid account guard prompt today on all three of my accounts, but have not received the emails in either gmail or yahoo mail. It's not in my spam folder, nor in the social or promotions tabs of gmail.

I did receive the email to my old ISP mail address, which suggests it's not a general mail failure, but something specific with both gmail and yahoo mail.
Is anyone else having this trouble, or anyone who has heard of it and knows a fix?

    I had it happen with my yahoo email one day. Very frustrating. I was trying to access gateway. I had to completely close out the webpage, pull it back up, try to log in again and then I finally received an email. For some reason, I have issues with getting automated emails properly with my yahoo email.

    I did see in the help section that if you still can't get it to work, you may have to contact support.

    i only get the account guard emails when i try to access my account from different browsers/computers.

    Yep, can't get into the Gateway because I'm not getting the code via email.
    PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.

    Okay, thanks for your response - I tried that and eventually got them all working (and without contacting support :) ).

    I wish mine was the same. Unfortunately I have to renew them pretty much every month :(

    Have the same problems, still can't access gateway with this account. Not very much wanted.

    Yep, me to. I cannot access gateway. I tried to access my second account from another browser and I also didn`t recieve code ...

    I dind't have any problem with those codes since I play this game (that's almost 7 months ago). I'm using Gmail and receive all my Cryptic mails in the "Primary" box (not spam).

    I have no problems receiving them to my gmail address. Yahoo is notorious for eating legitimate mail however.

    Am having the same problem no e-mail received either in inbox or spam folder of my yahoo account...As to the mail eating properties of the Yahoo corp, Perfect World activation code is the only one I have had problems receiving in 10 years of gaming online.

    Cryptic Account Guard seems to reset itself every so often. It just reset itself on my USED EVERY DAY browser just yesterday when I tried to log into Gateway. It send a code, but the code NEVER came (and I have only one email account I use for all my Cryptic games.)

    I shrugged it off.

    But I tried again after a few hours and the super-secret-security-code email finally showed-up and I got in.

    BUT, the confirmation email that always appears (naming the new machine/browser gaining access) NEVER showed-up. It's as though they use some kind of "cookie"-like technology at their end and it forgets it from time to time.

    Personally I'd rather have to reenter the code every so often rather than err on the wrong-side, having my account credentials hijacked (which happened once, long time ago on my Star Trek account) - fortunately I was able to get in there and change password quickly and so on. Lost ALL my STO Loot on five of my eight characters.

    Man-o-man that sucked.

    @OP: Yeah, it sucks having to add the code sometimes, especially if you don't have access to your email. BUT, that's just a minor inconvenience. Having your account compromised sucks a helluvalot MORE. Trust me on this, I know.

    we are at relatives, so I am away from the usual gaming computer.

    I have tried signing in twice within the same 1 hr time frame this morning.. and NO ACCOUNT GUARD e-mail has been received yet. Not in spam, not in in-box.. NADA

    Yes I have a YAHOO account. am seriously looking at a g-mail account just to received the stoopid e-mails.

    Note is it only cryptic and perfect world that create such issues.

    Good god.. even Blizzard and EA have their e-mails come thru without any problems.

    What's up with you, Cryptic/Perfect world?

    ok.. went and created a g-mail account just for receiving these account guard e-mails.

    Yes, I have the perfect world account switched over.

    tried signing in again.. got the one-time-code prompt.

    and zip-nada-nothing... on the g-mail account.

    Looks to be a problem on Cryptic's end, at this point. Why would there be problems across two different e-mail accounts.. om two different email servers..?

    Someone at Cryptic in a beer induced haze reset the auto-verify feature "just because it was fun to reset said feature"?

    I personally find Yahoo email more reliable than Gmail (personal thing, I know) - but reiterating that this is a Cryptic issue (not even Perfect World, it's a Cryptic system) and yes: it most definitely is at Cryptic's end.

    I never get any response at all when I ask question about bugs. Like I asked about the bug when fighting I get sent flying across the map stuck in throwing daggers for a whole minute. At least I don't loose life but still that can cripple a gaming performance.
