  Have you tried in the Class specific Forums since there are Threads about how each player is looking ingame so they post what the names of the items are too like this http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?310142-Show-me-ur-Guardian-Fighters-!-(-SS-)
  since the wiki is missing a lot.
