Gateway

All of today I have been unable to access Gateway via PC. After logging in, Account Guard pops up asking for the "One-time code" that has been emailed to me. No new code has been emailed to me, and plugging in the old code from months back doesn't work. Had no problem accessing Gateway via my phone though.

Anyone else having problems with Gateway or have any idea how I might resolve this?

    I do not know if it is only me here having this issue or maybe someone else too but sice today morning i can not connect to the Gateway, did manage on 2 accounts but then it all fell appart it can not even start atm.

    Cleaned cache and everything else, could not get even the confirmation e-mail when logging in. Anyway hope it is not just me xD...i rly wanna login on it since all i can do when at work and read forums :) gl to you and hf

    Just received email with new code. Everything seems to be working fine now. An hour delay on an automated code generator email seems a bit off though. Oh well.

    Glad it has solved for you but i still cant even get it running xD it just wont load the page...

    My issue wasn't a loading problem. I could log in but immediately after the Account Guard pops up. Try and see if you can access it via a different PC/laptop/smartphone browser.

    Seems to be about 40 minutes for me. It should not take that long to get a verification code. And then the page times out and says it disconnected from the gateway 30 minutes before you get the code.

    I wish I could turn that whole thing off since my password is very secure. If your browser deletes cookies when you close it (where extra security is required for other non-stated reasons), then you have to go through this every single time.

    Still a problem it seems as i am still waiting for it. Never got it the last time i asked for one and seems thats going to be the way of it this time too

    I have had this problem a couple of times. For a whole day I cannot get the e-mail when attempting to log in from my job computer, which is a good thing in an odd way.
