i noticed with my cleric and my CW that there crit chances are different sence this last patch or 2. both of my char's seem to crit much less now. was this a change not noted in the patch notes. becouse this chances my CW build alot now sence my aoes crit less of the time. its only the chances to crit that seems to have changed. maybe u changed the crit chance on "eye of the storm" without any warning?

I noticed this too, but thought maybe I was just imagining things... My rogue is the same. I have 40% crit on my cw and dc, 50% on my rogue. I seem to crit much less on each of them, perhaps half of the time it used to be. Feels much more like 10-20% chance now, although I have no numbers to back it up.
Perhaps Cryptic was messing with their RNG. I rarely succeed in fusing rank 3's and 4's after that last patch (about 4 out of 10 times).
I've noticed that my chance of critical strike decreased dramatically after the recent patch. I seem to perform much worse with my P.vorpal than with the normal version of the enchantment.
Maybe is just my poor luck, but still.
P.S Also had a failure of fusing dark enchantments from 3 tier to 4th 6 times in a row. trololol
Even with my casual testing I could not replicate such a large difference. It did seem that Combat Advantage damage was not critting anywhere near as much, including CW's Nightmare Wizardry, but I cannot be certain because my samples were too low.

I may do some longer testing tomorrow.
