Can't move mouse to edge of screen.

Well sometimes when I open stuff and I need to click continue in the bottom right or left it will not let my mouse go past maybe a inch from the bottom of the screen or the top and it's only sometimes. I don't know if that is a known bug or issue but some help would be nice.

    Can you delete this sorry, I fixed it.
