cannot create a character

I know it's not new but I cannot find the right answer maybe somebody can help me.
I wanted to create an new char and after i click the begin adventure button it went back to the login screen.
the error msg character creation failed appears.

Is there a bug again or something else
..

    My first guess is that you don't have any available character slots?

    I could create a character just fine. Do you have any more information on the issue? Perhaps take a screenshot? :)

    I created a character just a few hours ago and didn't notice anything unusual, for what it's worth. I'm pretty sure there's no "new character" option available (not even fuzzed out -- it's not there at all) if you don't have open character slots, but I could be wrong; I can't remember. Have you tried again yet and gotten the same error again?

    "character creation failed" - I would say just try again.

    ok i tried it again and again and again, still the same issue..
    character creation failed and switch back to the login screen.

    I bought yesterday, before starting to create an new character, extra these two new slots with 500 zen
    I have now 3 out of 5 character used so that should not be a problem to create a new one.

    So I tried again and it worked..
    I don't know why but the important thing is it worked.
