Queues via K on Keyboard and Wheres End Game Content? Please? Just one queue pop?!

I have spent around 8-12 hours so far since I hit level 60 last week, waiting in Queues. Its the same story every day. Log on. K on Keyboard. Queue for Dread Vault Daily, Epic Thrones of Idris and Epic Cragmire Crypts. Nothing has popped.

I dont understand, it was bad enough while levelling to never be able to get into any queue and the only time you ever got a full 5 when you were 4 people waiting for 1 more, was when you invited someone 20 levels higher and meant sorry no queue via K on Keyboard, its run to the door of the instance, so queuing while levelling was terrible.

Now we have the Shard Merge, more players 1 shard etc etc etc..... I have only had 2 x Queue pops for instances @ level 60, both were Epic Cragmire Crypts, 1st time I soloed the final boss after 3 ppl left and 41 minutes later I beat the boss and lost the loot roll. My 2nd ever queue pop, took me back to Epic Cragmire Crypts again, and when I joined, only 1 person was there besides me all else had quit, so 6 hours later after soloing the entire Epic Cragmire Crypts instance, I lost on the loot roll again to the player who stayed Alt-Tab while i cleared the dungeon in 6 hours.

Today same story, log in, No queue pop, Neverwinter apparently is reach level 60, do dailies, and get face-rolled in PVP because PVP queues pop every 30 seconds.

I dont know if I am just having the worst RnG luck with my trying to experience endgame content at Level 60 but, I am really at my wits end.

Is Neverwinter End Game just dailies and PVP queue faceroll? Or is there something more?

Please any advice is needed here thankyou.

Don't solo dungeons: as you noted, it's a stupid waste of time.

Don't queue outside of delve times: you're very unlikely to get anything. Especially if you're a TR, because for any given queue there will be loads more TRs than anything else. The queue system seems designed to take a DC, a GF and three 'others', and both DCs and GFs are less popular classes. GFs in particular seem to be sparse (I have one of each, and the queues pop quickly for the DC, but near-instantly for the GF).

If you really want to do a dungeon outside of delves, go to protector's enclave and either find a group that suits you, or advertise for one yourself.

Don't queue for dread vault. It's a horrible dungeon, it's tedious, the end boss loot is bugged (and rubbish if you're doing the non-epic version anyway), and the daily AD reward for it is not worth the effort.

Also, certain dungeons are more likely to pop than others: cloak tower and pirates are practically dead-certain to pop, because those are incredibly easy. Idris and CC are a close second, though. Higher T2s and mad dragon/wolf den are less likely, because you generally need actual strategies for those, which you're less likely to get if you're pugging it.

I've done the normal version quite a few times already and so far it's been a cake walk pretty much everytime, didn't take very long and was certainly worth doing for the daily AD reward. Maybe you got unlucky with your group matches?

That's entirely possible. I just figure for the 4-6k AD you get you could just ringfarm/sealfarm more entertaining dungeons for salvageables, with the added bonus of end-boss loots.

I started out just like you, neverwintersnoob. Queues are slow, but not THAT slow, and I'm DPS (CW), so I had to wait the most basically. I queued with randoms because everybody in PE asked for experienced guys, and I was certainly not, and don't feel like wasting anybody's time and getting yelled at. I also don't like joining a guild just to be carried. Some things you just gotta learn the hard way.

So I queued, and patiently waited, and went through many disabled and fail parties until I found people that were kind enough and willing to share what they knew... and after that, never randomly queued again (except for DV where by now I can carry **** parties by myself, but it's only worth it when it's also the Lord Protector Whatever too).

So... either take the easy way (join guild, ask to be carried, learn) or the hard way (queue and be patient).

    don't queue

It is a feature in the game that would work quite well - if it would be working. Currently queues are so bugged that hardly any match that pops is playable (people already declined when the window pops, you are put ungrouped in a dungeon, return to instance bug etc.).

Additionally the problem of giving the final chest only during DD makes playing dungeons outside of DD worthless. You can waste over an hour moving through a dungeon killing trash and if you are unlucky the best you can get are 1-3 blue drops (like 70-100 AD each), some potions, some green rubbish, some portable altars, 1-3 enchants and maybe 1 Residuum or another crafting material (and seals which are kinda worthless once you have epic 60s gear unless you buy stuff for salvaging and receive like 4-5k AD). That's it. For that you can rather run MOTH skirmish and be done in like 15 minutes with the very same output (blues, pots, enchants etc.).

Most people just queue for some dungeons anyway during DD because they need the armor pieces. I still need 2 of them myself and yet was unlucky to find groups or get the drop out of the chest. Once I have my head from SP I rather won't run this dungeon anymore. Maybe sometimes for fun, but that's it. The rate for me in this dungeon is like 20 tries and 1 time out of that basically finishing the dungeon to end boss. It's annoying.

When you're starting out and not knowing anything, you start to pug, that's pretty much what you will get. The auto queues are full of people barely meeting the GS requirement and not knowing the fights or strategies. T2s are very unforgiving and it's a recipe for fail. Ratio of success/fail is understandably low. It is a good idea to get into a guild for this first hump. Once you get your T1 and actually see a few T2s all the way to the end, I recommend switching to lfg system in chat and looking around for groups carefully. It's a lot better way (though far from infallible), groups are more experienced, know what they want and check the basics (GS, gear, experience). They are also willing to be more forgiving on lack of super duper gear, if you can follow directions, and can handle the mechanics.

That is not my experience with LFG groups. In my experience they tend to be more willing to kick you if you don't have the right gear, because they are primarily into exploiting/speed runs and so they want you to have the uber gear to enable a very quick dungeon run.

Yes which is why I mentioned to read carefully the requests. More often than not, if they are looking for a speed/exploit run, they will say so and they will request for experienced people. You can always also ask if it's a greed run and if they're fast running it. Obviously you are to avoid these until you do have some experience.
Pick those that are just asking for a particular class, and usually for a certain GS (and sometimes not even that).
