So after ending pvp with guild mates i ran randomly at enclave.I found a set of dice that says smt in discription.I used it to roll and rolled 20.Nothing happened.
It is just some random junk that people get from the Cloak of Wonders. You get the cloak with the Hero of the north and Guardian of neverwinter pack. The items it drops are just vendor trash.

It's a "Robe of Useless Items", actually. Once an hour, it can spit out a useless item for you, which drops on the ground. Since it uses the lootsplosion mechanic, the item can fly pretty far and the person who dropped it may not have bothered to pick it up, or not have been able to find it. I've also had people run up and loot my drops, but since the items sell for 2-10 coppers, it's not really a big deal.
You can also use this robe to transmute your torso armor to look like a peasant tunic. Mindboggling, no?
I thought I had the name wrong. That name fits so much better. LOL. I threw mine away so long ago that I forgot the name and I was too lazy to run over to the vendor who replaces them to check the correct name.

I like using it near Knox in the enclave and stand back and watch the scramble. People love free loot...
I actually wish the dice were set to pop different numbers: It would be sort of amusing. Though that would admittedly make it less "useless".
As a side note for using the Robes as a transmute, they can look pretty nice when dyed (I do this on my cleric with some vibrant reds). Since they have tattered bits hanging down in addition to the general peasant tunic look it comes off looking like a damaged tabard that your have over proper armor.

Yes. 50" ... as opposed to 50' which would be useful.
