Claiming "rewards".

After a successful transaction, how long does one normally have to wait until an in-game notification to pick up an 'email' or visit the agent?

    Generally you should be able to pick up your reward within a matter of minutes. If you were already in game, then try to log out and back in if it's not available.

    Thanks. Waited a few mins, but nothing yet. It's evening and peak time, so maybe the system takes a few longer. Will take a break and check again before I start getting grumpy.

    I got the cleric from the IGN promo, and was able to immediately able to go to the reward vendor and claim it. I did not get the in-game email until some time later...

    . . . . . . Characters will first need to have completed the Tutorial and spoken with Sergeant Knox up to the point where he grants you the quest for your first cosmetic clothing. At that point, all your achievements and rewards available for that character should become available. Not everything rewarded to you is mailed to you, by the way. All the other stuff is not only claimable but also re-claimable by visiting the Rewards Agent Vendor in Protector's Enclave (directly across from Sergeant Knox, in the direction he's facing through the small tunnel under the temple).

    ^^^ i believe that's around level 4.

    All understood. I have seen this info (in bits and pieces, nice to see it in one place here thanks!) elsewhere. Neither of my characters are low level anymore, so was merely inquiring about the delay. Took almost an hour in the end. Slower than I think it should have, but I'll live.
