Suggestion of allowing guilds to form alliances & then seeing online allies

Hello.

Many times I have found it difficult to find a good group to do Tier 2 dungeons. I am a guild leader. We have a decent number of guild members. But since this is summer, many are on vacation. We also believe in quality rather than quantity.
What I suggest is to allow Guild Masters to form alliances between guilds. After alliances are formed, it would then allow the members to see online allied guild members in the guild roster section (but should clearly show they are from the allied guild and not their own). I believe this idea would go far to make it much easier for Neverwinter players to put together Tier 2 dungeon groups, provided the Guild Masters make good alliances. I know it would work well for us on the beholder server, as I know of other quality guilds that have the same problem that we do. I have RARELY had success in Tier 2 dungeons with using the queue and getting into a PUG (pick up group).
Please let me know what you think about this idea and if it is one that you would support implementation of.

I second this. I am tired of grouping with people from the queue. Most are looking for quick runs and have little regard for someone who is trying to learn the ins and outs of a new dungeon. On that note. I would like to suggest being able to bring in someone to an instance that is already in progress. Reason being, often times people get bored or frustrated with trying to kill a boss and quit prematurely. So with a guild alliance and being able to bring in someone else after an impatient person has left, T2 dungeons would be more viable.
    Thank you for reading.

Good idea, but there are much more pressing issues they should be focusing on like expanding PvP and fixing this horrid BoP change.

There's no interest in this because you can type in looking for group and only take people with enough GS that you'd like. Kinda pointless to do this, if you find a guild you want to ally with then merge guilds. There's a ton of things they can work on before finding you better groups to play with.

You can already do this through custom chat channels. /channel_join "name" you can view the channels subscribers, online, offilne, and each can set a personal message..much like the Guild panel
