Bug with Gateway: only 1 character

Hello
when I go to the Gateway, I can only select one character but I have 5.
And when I select this character, I have not my craft at the good level. I have the craft's levels of 3 or 4 weeks.

That would be a problem to have two characters in the gateway, but I only have one, and my character was back about 3 weeks. What is this problem? Thanks for your response!
I personally use chrome for gateway cause IE seems to buggy.
Even with Chrome and Firefox.
edit: when I delet the cookies, Gateway tell me the single-use code. I go to my e-mails and still have 1 character.
log into each character INSIDE game and look at their character sheet and profession page
<what this will do is hopfully refresh your characters info on the server.
THEN clear cookies AND temp files
get the 1 time code and log in to gateway.
once your in gateway (if its still bugged) try to "change character"
if still one. Change it to the character you can. (this will force a small refresh.)
the log out and back in.

another options is possibly you have your privacy setting set to high or to low or pop up filter is on. this happened to me mostly in IE, but who knows. try making gateway a trusted site... if it is already a trusted site try taking it off trusted site ( I encountered a website that wouldn't update if it was trusted before no idea why)
if your still having issues try it again.
Im a computer programmer for a living and one thing i've learned working with computers you have to be a bit insane to fix computers because sometimes doing the same thing multiple times DOES produce different results. that's why so often when you do that thing tech support asks you to even though it didn't work before it works the 2nd time.
my favorate was when my hubby figured out to use this one program you had to hit cancel then ignore 6 times THEN ok and it would work. not 5 times... not 7.... how insane does a person have to be to figure this kinda thing out.
I'm having a login issue with the gateway.
On the below browsers/OS I see the below each time I connect. gatewaytest.playneverwinter.com/#/login changes to gatewaytest.playneverwinter.com/#characterselect
However I get a popup window saying "Disconnected from Gateway"
"Login Server Internal Error: Account Permissions not found"
Ubuntu 13.10, browser firefox 23.0
Windows 7 Ultimate Browser IE 10.0.9200.16660
WIndows 7 Ultimate Google Chrome v29.0.1547.62
Windows 7 Ultimate Firefox v23.0.1

I tried to clear cookies and temp files 2-3 times with IE + get the 1 time code and log in to gateway but only 1 character.
I do the same with firefow may be 10 times but only 1 character.
And I tried a last one with IE and I have all characters oO. I don't know what I do more.
You was right
You're trying to log into the preview gateway and, I'm guessing, haven't signed up for the preview server. Use https://gateway.playneverwinter.com/ to log into live.
